Privacy Policy - Growpire: Idle Weed Tycoon
The short version
Growpire has no accounts, no analytics, and makes no network calls of its own. Your game save lives on your device and never leaves it unless you copy it yourself. The app includes Google's AdMob advertising SDK for optional "rewarded" video ads - short videos you can choose to watch for an in-game bonus. If you never tap "watch ad", no ad is ever shown. When an ad is served, Google AdMob processes some device data (see Advertising below).
Details
- Game saves: Your progress is stored locally on your device. The optional "Export save code" feature copies your save to your clipboard so you can back it up yourself. The app never sends it anywhere.
- Accounts and analytics: There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking SDKs.
- Notifications: Reminders (for example, "plants are ripe") are local notifications scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
- Internet access: The game itself is fully playable offline and makes no network requests of its own.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app ships with the Google AdMob SDK to support optional rewarded video ads. These are short videos you can choose to watch for an in-game bonus. Ads are never forced or shown automatically.
- To deliver and measure ads, Google AdMob may process device information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, coarse location derived from it, and general ad-serving diagnostics. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.
- Where required by law (for example, in the EEA and UK), you will be asked for consent before any personalized ads are served, and you can decline.
The app publisher does not itself collect, store, or share any of this data.
Children
The app is intended for adults (18+) due to fictional drug references and is not directed at children.
Changes
If a future update changes any of the above (for example, adding cloud saves), this policy will be updated before that version ships.
